"New....Busy....In.....But"

The restaurant is new and nicely done....Noise factor is a problem at least for us. Younger clientele. Service was good David, the waiter, was very courteous. I started with BLT bun that had an unusual taste and was not my cup of tea (the tea was good). We also started with the Ippudo Salad that was beautifully presented, had a nice dressing, had garbanzo beans, radish, cabbage, avacado, tofu, various types of lettuce......it was OK, but nothing special. The veggie shiro (ramen).....noodles were excellent, but taste of the broth was lacking. Would I try it again? Probably and try different items. It's very busy....very popular in New York.....very "in" here at the moment. We are older so our opinion may not be confirmed by the younger set. It's reasonable.....$33.08 plus tip for my , but not cheap compared to other Ramen restaurants.
