"Pretty good"

Went here for dinner and tried the Chashu don (small portion) and it was pretty good. The pork was soft and flavorful. The rice had more of a dry grainy texture , not a softer sticky texture. The salmon was not over cook so very tender. The ramen noodles had a nice chew to them and the soup base was on point. The service was friendly and nice. Would definitely come back.

"Delicious ramen"

Visited this Japanese restaurant recently having searched for ramen restaurants whilst staying in Helena. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and well attentive wait staff but the delight was the very tasty ramen. Would very happily return for another slurp of the noodles if ever back this way.

"Delicious and Plentiful"

It was our first visit and we were celebrating our anniversary. We have nothing but great things to say. The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated and the food was first rate. We had their Hawaii poki, several sushi roles, Unagi sushi by the piece, Pork Chashu Don and more. The Sake was great and plentiful. As a couple who hail from Hawaii, we can tell you that you won't be disappointed. The chef was personable even though busy. John was so fun, we had a great time sharing stories of travel and life. Kristi was our server and very attentive the entire meal. They even provided free desert for our anniversary. Good Job!!! We'll be back! :)

"Great Ramen and Sushi"

I've had ramen and sushi in Japan and can say that the renditions offered here are excellent. The ramen was flavorful and plentiful, the sushi was fresh and really well presented. The prices were reasonable and the dining room was really nicely decorated. They have huge booths for large parties, stools for singles and smaller tables for couples and smaller parties. I highly recommend Hokkaido.

"Great Ramen Bowls"

We ate here last night. Sat at the bar and enjoyed visiting with Larry, Sushi chef. He gave us some great idea’s for Ramen bowls adding shrimp and corn. We ordered three sushi rolls and two Ramen bowls. Lots of Saki to choose from as well as wine and beer. We would recommend and will return.

This bright and pleasantly decorated restaurant offers something for every palate. They have a full menu of Ramen dishes as well as sushi and the freshest of seafoods. Great for gluten free and vegetarians. Beautifully prepared and served. They have beer and wine as well as saki cocktails to enhance your meal.
